At YMS, we introduced another beneficial technology platform, Jira Atlassian. It will replace the current Azure DevOps project management system, the original TFS (Team Foundation Server) from Microsoft.

We chose Jira for its many functions, flexibility, availability, security and instant communication between the client and YMS.

The entire team of YMS and the client will work with one tool. It is a common dashboard and managers on both sides are always in the loop. They enter tasks, requests for changes, repairs or development in real time. They track tasks in progress, gradual completion of tasks, actual versus planned work, deadlines and more. Everything has a clearly defined workflow.
